The Prinzregententheater has 1,029 seats in the stalls and six boxes with a total of nine seats each. The height-adjustable orchestra pit has space for up to 95 musicians. Every seat in this magnificent auditorium provides a perfect view of the forestage and the stage. The acoustics of the Prinzregententheater are highly acclaimed and come into their own at concerts.
The Gartensaal provides seating space for a maximum audience of 250, while at receptions there is room for up to 500 people. The hall and the Prinzipal restaurant are in the theatre's foyer area. In summer, the doors can be opened to the adjacent garden.
The Akademietheater (Academy Theatre) serves as a performance venue for the directing, drama and musical productions of the Theaterakademie August Everding. A self-contained studio theatre, it has separate access, a cloakroom and foyer.
The Akademiestudio (Academy Studio) is located in the rear part of the Prinzregententheater and offers space for up to 60 people. It is primarily used as a rehearsal space for the August Everding Theater Academy, but occasionally also serves as a workshop stage for productions by the Stage Directing, Acting and Musical courses.
This venue of the University for Music and Theatre at Luisenstrasse 37 A provides space for up to 199 seats. The Reaktorhalle, equipped with a foyer and cloakrooms, is used for productions of the Theaterakademie August Everding within the context of its cooperation with the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München.
The Opernstudio (Opera Studio) is at the back of the Prinzregententheater and is mainly used as a rehearsal room of the Theaterakademie August Everding. It is sometimes used as a studio theatre and seats a maximum of 60 people.
