Help in cases of abuse of power, discrimination and sexual violence
Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding is a community of people from diverse ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds, with differing worldviews, physical and mental characteristics, ages, genders, and sexual identities and orientations. Together, we strive to create a space where people can contribute their diversity and exchange their perspectives in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Artistic training in small groups is based on openness, draws on personal experiences and insights, and can sometimes foster a sense of familiarity and closeness. With this in mind, students, lecturers and staff should establish personal boundaries, communicate them clearly, and address any instances where they are crossed.
